New Delhi: The Rajasthan Eligibility Exam for Teachers, popularly mentioned as REET, are going to be persisted August 2."All perspectives are being checked on and accordingly, the assessment prospectus will be fixed inside as far as possible. After completion of the whole process the REET is going to be persisted August 2," translates State Education Minister Govind Singh Dotasra's tweet which is originally in Hindi. Through REET, grade 3 teachers are going to be selected for appointments in various government schools within the state. The REET is going to be conducted by the Rajasthan school education board. The first announcement of REET 2020 was made on December 24, 2019. The announcement came few days before the varsity lecturer exam and amidst protests for changing the exam date because the condition where it had been mandatory to possess the specified degree before the exam date rendered lakhs candidates ineligible for the exam. the varsity lecturer exam is another teacher recruitment which is conducted by the Rajasthan Public Service Commission. Through the REET, the govt has proposed to fill 31,000 vacancies out of which 6,080 vacancies would be reserved for candidates coming under TSP regions. The legislature had likewise reported 3,000 school teacher posts this year. The recruitment exam for the college lecturer is going to be held in September.
